The Donna's Kids Financial Assistance Application for Hockey Registration has TWO parts for parents to complete.

2. Hockey Registration through KMHA Online Registration

Parents MUST complete the online registration for their child through the Hockey Canada Online system (Boys/Special Hockey) or RAMP (Girls). See below
